Based on regional goals, a shared roadmap, and close collaboration, Dalarna aims to make the leap from a position of lagging behind to becoming a national role model in digital transformation and AI.

Our work is based on the needs of society and the business community, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises. Through projects, networks, and knowledge-building initiatives, the business community, academia, and the public sector come together to explore the opportunities offered by digitalization. We create meeting places where they can learn from one another, test ideas, and put knowledge into practice. Increased digital maturity strengthens societal development and enhances the region’s appeal for investment, talent, and collaboration.
