Welcome to an industry day that highlights the food industry in Dalarna, from farm to fork. Here, producers, processors, buyers, restaurateurs and catering staff meet to network and create new business opportunities.
The day offers inspiring lectures: Ingela Stenson, editor-in-chief of Livsmedel i fokus, talks about "The sustainability dilemma", and Erik Tosterud & David Levrén from Dalarna Science Park present "Innovation for food entrepreneurs", where they provide insights on how to develop ideas into new products or services and improve innovation management in the company. Erik Tosterud trains in innovation management and gives us an insight into what it is all about together with David Levrén who works with development issues for food companies at Dalarna Science Park.
There will be several optional seminars and networking opportunities.
