In the seminar “Tomorrow’s Food,” we’ll start by looking at the changes happening right now and the challenges we face. We’ll also explore which food-related business ideas are taking shape in Dalarna at the moment.

Meal researcher Richard Tellström helps us understand what actually drives our food choices, what it takes to make predictions about the future, and what obstacles often stand in the way of achieving ambitious goals.
