This day is for you who run a company in our incubator program and want to become more confident and skilled in customer dialogues that actually lead to business.
During the day, Christian Malmsten will guide you through concrete tools, structures, and working methods that you can start using right away. We alternate shorter theory sessions with practical exercises where you start from your own offering and your own customer cases.
We will go through how you:
- prepares and structures effective sales meetings
- analyzes customer needs and identifies decision-makers and purchasing processes
- verifies needs and creates value in dialogue
- argues for your offer, handles objections, and negotiates price
- closes deals in a way that builds long-term relationships
After the day, you will receive homework to continue working on. You also have the opportunity to book individual coaching. We will follow up on the training with a digital session on March 27.
