Briefly about Regenergy Frövi
Regenergy Frövi AB has developed and owns the greenhouse in Frövi. The company reuses industrial waste heat from Billerud's cardboard factory to grow tomatoes in high-tech greenhouses. Wa3rm developed the concept, which was then financed and built by Selected Group through the Green Fund, which today owns Regengergy Frövi. Frövi Greenery AB runs the cultivation and focuses on resource-efficient and local food production. Behind Frövi Greenery is the international company Food Ventures with its roots in the Netherlands but with experience from greenhouse cultivation worldwide. Annual production: 8 000 tons of tomatoes.
