forward for Swedish wool
On November 4, we invite you to an afternoon where we summarize the results, insights and experiences from The Swedish Wool Initiative 2.0. The project has been running between November 2023 and October 2025 and you or your company have participated as a partner or in some way contributed to the results and become part of our network. All of you are important actors who together contribute to the development of Swedish wool management!
During the period, we have collected and analyzed wool from around 30 farms, developed products and business models, tested a new Swedish wool standard in practice and started to build infrastructure for collection and classification.
We have also deepened collaborations across the value chain, produced yarn and fabric, collected climate data and explored sustainability benefits. All with the central question in focus: How can the utilization of Swedish wool be scaled up industrially? During the final seminar, we highlight three areas where we have seen great development, and invite you to an afternoon filled with results, reflection and future prospects.
During the afternoon, coffee and light snacks will be served.
