Workshop on Wool Sorting, Forsa Hudiksvall

September 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. - at 5:00 p.m. Forsa, Hudiksvall

There’s a lot happening in the Swedish wool industry right now. As part of the Woolution project, new technologies, working methods, and business models are being developed for Swedish wool processing within a cohesive value chain that can be scaled up both nationally and throughout Europe.

This opens up new opportunities for you as a wool producer.
That’s why we’re inviting you to:

Wool Sorting Workshop
Location: Högsfåret AB, Baldra 12, Hudiksvall

During this free workshop, you'll learn more about how to sort the wool during shearing so that it can be sold at its highest value.

You'll find tips on what to keep in mind when preparing the sheep for shearing, how to set up the shearing area, and the best way to store the wool.

The workshop is led by wool consultant and wool grader Liselotte Öhrling.
Jacob Holmberg will be on hand to shear the sheep.

Register by August 28 (note: limited number of spots)
We look forward to seeing you on September 2 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.!
