You can apply for verification funds for activities that strengthen your company's next steps. This could include:

• • Design and expert services to verify the business idea
    E.g. efforts to help you develop, evaluate or test your offer, product or solution.

  • Access to test and laboratory environments
    To validate technical solutions, functionality or user behavior.

  • Build teams or recruit key competences
    Identify and attach competences that are crucial for the next phase.

  • Access investor networks or capital advisory services
    E.g. meetings with investors, advice for raising capital or participation in pitch forums.

  • Communication, branding and visual design
    E.g. work on developing communication strategy, graphic profile or packaging.

  • Get legal support
    For example, help with contracts, company structure or other legal issues.

  • Develop IP strategy and understand your position in the value chain
    To protect intellectual property and strengthen company competitiveness.

  • Purchasing market research or competitor analysis
    Gather knowledge about the market, the target audience and your competitors.

  • Participate in relevant trainings
    e.g. in sales, business development, board work or other areas that strengthen your implementation.

  • Carrying out marketing activities
    E.g. participating in fairs, customer or partner meetings. This also includes travel and participation fees related to these activities.

It is important that your activity meets the conditions applicable to verification funds. The following are examples of ineligible costs:

• • Salaries of the company's staff

• • Product development or prototyping

• •  Patent applications and other investments in IP

• •  Purchase of equipment, software or other assets

The verification activities are carried out by external consultants hired by Dalarna Science Park. You therefore do not need to handle any invoices, they take care of it for you.

To be eligible to apply, you must

• • Be an active company in the Dalarna Science Park incubator

• • Be a registered limited company

• •  Work on a solution that meets Vinnova's criteria for innovation

• •  Have a verification need linked to business development, team, market, capital or strategy

• •  Not to have raised more venture capital than allowed by Vinnova regulations

• You submit your application via the form below

• Your business coach makes an assessment together with our internal team

• Approved activities are ordered through our contracted suppliers

• You report what has been achieved after implementation

Activities should be implemented within 3 months of approval.
