I work to develop and strengthen food companies through innovation and business support. In this role, I drive development initiatives and contribute to strategic efforts related to food supply in Dalarna. An important part of my job is to act as a guide, identifying companies’ needs and directing them to the right support.
Collaboration is an integral part of our work, both regionally and nationally, to create favorable conditions for development. In addition to the regional business development network in Dalarna, I am involved in the national networks SAMLA, coordinated by RISE, and NILLA, where science parks collaborate on food-related issues.
My background lies in working with agricultural and food companies, where I have combined project management with strategic development work. My experience in the agricultural sector gives me a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities, opportunities, and challenges faced by business owners.
What inspires you? Helping companies develop their ideas in an industry that is crucial to a sustainable society and Sweden’s preparedness.
Dream dinner guest? I’d love to invite food researcher Rikard Tellström to a long dinner featuring potatoes from Västerdalarna, pasture-raised meat, and forest berries for dessert.
