As an innovation leader, I train and support organizations in the private sector, the public sector, and civil society in developing new solutions in a more systematic and successful way.
An important part of this work is to disseminate knowledge about the international standard for innovation management (the ISO 56000 series) and to translate research into practical approaches. Particular emphasis is placed on collaboration with Dalarna University to build structures and processes that support researchers and students in developing new solutions that society and the world need.
My background in business development, project management, and general management has given me experience in both strategic and operational work—from building ecosystems, developing strategies, and sharing knowledge, to coaching both aspiring and established innovators. This experience has also given me a deep understanding of what it takes to solve difficult problems with new and sustainable solutions that create value over time.
What drives me is the desire to contribute to a bright future where people, nature, and our planet thrive together.
My dream dinner guest? Dr. Linda Hill. Her perspective on how different viewpoints drive innovation inspires me to always be curious about others.
Do you have any hidden talents? I worked for a while at Cirkus Cirkör—not as a performer, but with the producers—but I can juggle while balancing on a circus ball.
What makes you happy? Forests , mountains, and dance! Everything from street dance to Lindy Hop.
