I’m often the first person you meet at Dalarna Science Park. As an idea coach and team leader for Inflöde and collaboration with our Startup Arena, I get to hear about ideas at an early stage. During an initial conversation, I help the idea owner identify the next steps. Depending on their needs, some move on to our business coaches for a more in-depth evaluation ahead of a potential incubator process, while others are guided toward relevant innovation support.
I have a background in business development and innovation management, as well as experience with the business support system, which gives me a good understanding of where different ideas fit in. Meeting driven, curious people who want to take their ideas and dreams to the next level is by far the most rewarding part of my job.

What’s your best advice? Test and bounce your idea off others early on, before you invest too much time or money. Keep it cheap, fast, and simple.
