As the team lead in the project arena, I drive the work forward in collaboration with the project managers and develop partnerships at the regional, national, and international levels. External contacts and networks are a key part of moving projects forward and creating long-term value. As a member of the management team, I also contribute to Dalarna Science Park’s strategic development.
The experience I’ve gained from international and innovative collaborations in industry, research, and business is something I find extremely valuable in my work today. For 20 years, I worked in England in various leadership roles and on projects alongside partners from Europe, the U.S., and Asia.
Meeting people and encountering different perspectives, experiences, and life journeys is a key source of inspiration; that’s often where new ideas and solutions take shape.
What gives you energy at work?The combination of complex projects, technology, innovation, and interesting people. I enjoy both strategic and hands-on development work equally.
Do you have any hidden talents?I’m a jewelry designer and a trained silversmith from Leksand Folk High School.
What makes you happy? Being outdoors! I love gardening, hiking, biking, and skiing.
