I am responsible for the startup operations and the incubator, and I am a member of the management team. The role combines leadership and networking with the development of our offerings for entrepreneurs and innovators with growth potential. Digitalization, AI, and communication are areas that particularly interest me and are closely aligned with Dalarna Science Park’s work on innovation and the future of entrepreneurship.
My experience in starting, building, running, and selling companies has given me a practical understanding of the day-to-day realities, challenges, and decisions entrepreneurs face on the path to growth. At the same time, my time as a communications director in the public sector has strengthened my ability to build teams, forge relationships, and drive development within complex organizations.
What motivates me most is seeing people grow. Being able to help open doors, build relationships, and help ideas take the next step feels both meaningful and inspiring.
What are your greatest strengths? Curiosity, courage, and the drive to turn ideas into reality. That’s a common thread in everything I do.
What makes you happy? My greatest passion is cycling, especially long-distance rides down through Europe with my son by my side.
Who inspires you? Jim Steinman—his music has truly shaped my life and inspired me to start writing my own songs.
