I work as a business coach at the incubator, where I guide startups in their business development and ensure that sustainability is integrated into their business models from the very beginning. I provide ongoing coaching to several companies on sustainability-related issues—from strategy to concrete decisions.
My experience stems in part from running my own startup focused on solar energy for rural areas in Africa, a journey that provided both insights and lessons learned. My background as a civil engineer specializing in energy and the environment, combined with my work as a consultant, has given me a broad understanding of technology, business, and sustainability issues in practice.
What drives me is the opportunity to help steer business development and society as a whole in a more sustainable direction. I firmly believe that companies that do not take this issue seriously risk becoming irrelevant.
