I am responsible for finance, HR, and administrative functions at Dalarna Science Park. My role is to ensure that our operations run smoothly and that our financial management is of high quality and meets the requirements of our funders. I also support the organization in recruitment matters and work to ensure that we continue to develop as our operations grow.
For many years, I have worked in finance, business development, and leadership across various industries. This has given me broad experience in developing organizations, improving processes, and creating sustainable ways of working. That knowledge is extremely valuable in an organization where many projects and people need to collaborate.
What drives me is seeing people and organizations grow. Working alongside dedicated colleagues to create value for businesses and the region is what makes my job meaningful.
Do you have a philosophy of life? To be honest and genuine, but always with respect.
Do you have an unexpected interest? I’m a forest owner, and it’s an interest that has grown over the years.
Dream dinner guests? My paternal and maternal grandfathers—it would be a fun and interesting dinner from many perspectives.
