MH Care Connect AB

In July 2025, a new law will come into force that requires social services in Sweden to move towards more preventive work and to a greater extent also more accessible to the country's residents. MH Care Connect AB addresses Swedish municipalities' need for efficiency, automation and accessibility by optimizing workflows for caseworkers, reducing bureaucracy and creating a more individualized and "open" social service that promotes social and health sustainability in society.
