Tech Innovations is developing a conical screw compressor for airflow compression, which offers higher energy efficiency than conventional solutions. Possible application areas are in the white goods and heat pump industries and larger industrial compressors. The work is done in collaboration with industrial development partners and the business model currently appears to be based primarily on licensing the company's patent portfolio.
