AI and Innovation Coach
Would you like to help companies take the next step with AI and innovation? Dalarna Science Park is looking for an AI and Innovation Coach—a role for someone who wants to work closely with companies, ideas, and people in the process of development. In this role, you’ll combine your work as an AI coach with activities in our incubator and accelerator.
About the roles
You’ll work closely with companies, startups, and innovators to help them turn AI opportunities into tangible results. You’re not the one building the technology; you’re the one making it understandable, relevant, and usable.
This means that you:
- leads needs and idea-generation processes related to AI
- facilitates workshops, dialogues, and development processes
- coaches companies on how to use AI in their operations
- works closely with early-stage incubator companies
- helps ensure that ideas are tested, developed, and taken forward
We are looking for you who
You have a broad understanding of AI and digital transformation, and above all, the ability to translate that into tangible benefits for businesses.
We believe you have:
- experience in business development, innovation, or startups
- experience working with growing companies
- ability to facilitate processes and foster engagement
- a strong interest in AI and digital development
You don't need to be a technical expert, but you're curious and stay up to date.
