AI Hub Project Manager
Would you like to lead one of Dalarna’s most strategic development projects at the intersection of AI, energy, and regional development? Dalarna Science Park is seeking a project manager who is willing to take overall responsibility for establishing a regional AI hub—a long-term structure designed to make advanced AI more accessible, usable, and relevant to businesses and public sector organizations in Dalarna.
About the roles
As project manager, you will have a clear mission: to lead the development of the AI hub and ensure that it becomes a functional and long-term part of the region’s development and innovation ecosystem.
You will work on both strategic and operational levels, from establishing structures and fostering collaboration to driving the project’s progress and results.
This means, among other things, that you:
- leads the implementation, monitoring, and development of the project
- coordinates stakeholders from the business community, academia, and the public sector
- builds forums for collaboration and shared learning
- is responsible for communicating with funders and reporting
- helps establish working methods and structure for the AI hub

You are a confident leader in complex situations where many different perspectives come together. You have the ability to provide structure, direction, and momentum even when not everything has been fully defined.
We believe you have:
- experience leading complex projects
- experience working at the intersection of strategy and implementation
- experience in collaboration between the public sector, academia, and the business community
- strong verbal and written communication skills
It is advantageous if you have an understanding of:
- the public sector and government-run organizations
- academic settings
- innovation systems or regional development
