I am working to develop Dalarna Science Park’s role as the innovation hub for the entire Dalarna region. My mission involves building strategic partnerships, creating the right conditions for development, and highlighting the value we bring to both the business community and the region. An important part of this work is also strengthening our position and visibility at the regional, national, and international levels.
My previous experience in both the private and public sectors has given me a broad understanding of how innovation, communication, business development, and development issues are interconnected. In the business sector, I have worked in areas such as product development, innovation management, marketing and sales, as well as strategic work related to projects and communication. My experience in leadership roles within large organizations is valuable when it comes to driving change over time.
What drives me is growth—identifying new opportunities and seeing ideas become reality to help bring about positive change. I thrive best in environments where there’s a lot going on and where people with different perspectives work together toward shared goals.
The ideal guest at the table? JanEliasson, a fantastic person with an incredible ability to collaborate and work together with others.
Do you have any hidden talents? A lot of people know that I work out a lot and enjoy challenges. What usually surprises people is that I’ve worked as a doorman in Stockholm, even though I’m only 158 cm tall.
What makes you happy? Traveling and exploring the world with my family.
