Erika Hellman's vision is that she and the team behind the Dynamic Time service will be on the celebrity wall in Arlanda's arrivals hall.
- Why wouldn't it work? "Dynamic Time has the potential to become an international sales success and it's a matter of dreaming big," says Erika Hellman, CEO of Hellman Dynamic, which developed the service.
By subscribing to the cloud-based Dynamic Time software, companies can streamline time tracking and reduce administration.
Instead of you as an employee putting together your timesheet yourself, Dynamic Time does it for you, mainly by compiling digital traces, such as calendars and communication history. And when the timesheet is approved, the information is forwarded to the company's payroll system, billing system and other relevant systems. Whether it's Visma, Fortnox or something else doesn't matter, Dynamic Time interacts with all of them.
- We've been using the solution ourselves for several years and have fine-tuned it, so we know what a difference it makes in everyday life. And the time we save on administration we can instead spend on our assignments," explains Erika.
Like each other
During the fall, Dynamic Time will be launched on the Swedish market, mainly towards consulting companies that invoice time.
- "After Sweden, there's the UK and then the EU," says Erika.
Dynamic Time was originally developed as an in-house system at Hellman Dynamic, the fast-growing company that Erika and her husband Olle Hellman founded in 2014 and which was named DI Gazelle in both 2021 and 2023.
- Dynamic Time AB will be so much bigger than the parent company. At the moment, it is 100% owned by Hellman Dynamic, but the plan is to list Dynamic Time on the stock exchange within a few years," says Erika.
She likes to talk in pictures and likens Dynamic Time to building a house where Olle Hellman is the star architect and Daniel Hagman the skilled carpenter.
- Daniel Hagman is an agile team leader, so he has a key role and is very important to us.
The construction team also includes sales manager Daniel Svahn, full-stack developer Per Malmberg and AI assistant Claude. And behind them are the front-end and back-end - the building's HVAC technicians, plumbers and gardeners.
- We have the best team in the world! Everyone is good at what they do, but they also have a sense of humor and are very nice to hang out with. We have a lot of fun together and we really like each other," says Erika.
Differences create drive
Johan Sellner, business coach at Dalarna Science Park, also thinks the team has something extra.
- The members are very different from each other, both in terms of skills and personality. Therefore, they bring different perspectives and think differently, which provides a good drive forward.
Since April, Dynamic Time has participated in Dalarna Science Park's incubator, and this summer the company received an injection of SEK 500,000 from Dala Capital.
- Based on the fact that they have come so far already, they are running a fast track with us focusing on investment and financing issues. At this stage, we are working to raise so-called smart capital, i.e. capital that also provides access to new networks and markets," says Johan, who has great faith in Dynamic Time.
- They have what it takes and have the chance to be first and biggest now, given that they have a head start. Launching a new and innovative service is always a pedagogical challenge, but I am sure they will overcome it.
