Dr. Christina Lampe Önnerud has more than 80 patents. She has done both Sommar i P1 and TED Talks, shared the stage with Bill Gates and founded two billion dollar companies in the US. Last winter she visited Dalarna Science Park and will soon be back with another inspirational lecture, this time via link from New York.
Dr. Christina Lampe Önnerud is one of the lecturers during the first round of Dalarna Innovation Days, which will be held on 17-20 October. Her lecture will focus on energy, climate and innovation.
- Christina is a world star in her field and we are very pleased that more people will now be able to share her views on the major challenges of our time. She has also promised to give us an insight into how she works with innovation on a daily basis," says Christina Sjöberg, Head of Communications at Dalarna Science Park.
Innovator and entrepreneur Christina Lampe Önnerud was born in Ludvika, Sweden, and now lives in the United States, just outside New York. She has a PhD in chemistry and is the founder of two billion-dollar companies focused on battery safety and energy storage: Boston-Powers and Cadenza Innovation. Among the many awards she has received are the World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, the Swedish Woman of the Year and the King's Medal for Outstanding Business Achievement.
