During three days in November, companies and organizations from Lithuania and Poland had the opportunity to make new contacts and learn more about Sweden and Swedish business culture through the GreenTech 2.0 Cluster Xchange Programme.
Lithuanian companies 9 Zuikiai and Filsoma together with Sunrise Tech Park from Lithuania and Incubator STARTER from Poland visited Dalarna Science Park in Dalarna and Sandbacka Science Park in Gävleborg.
- "These have been fantastic days of exchanges and opportunities to make new contacts," says Magdalena Wójtowicz from Gdansk.
The three-day program was packed with presentations from successful companies from Dalarna and Gävleborg. Among other things, Roger Danielsson from Green Buffers talked about his journey in Dalarna Science Park's incubator program and also the exchange he received by being part of the Cluster Xchange Program. The guests also heard from SSAB, IUC and EKC from Dalarna and AssetBook IoT, SDCA and Movexum from Gävleborg.
Possibility of adaptations
Would you recommend others to participate in the program?
- If you have the opportunity to participate, I think you should definitely participate because you never know who, or who, you will meet, says Sandra Galdikaitė, who in her company 9 zuikiai works close to nature with workshops, training and methods and was very interested in sustainability, but also had the opportunity to take part in how the tourism industry works in Sweden and especially Dalarna, through her meeting with Visit Dalarna at Falu Gruva.
Pernilla Löfling, project manager for GreenTech 2.0 at Dalarna Science Park:
- During these days, we develop a solid program, but as you learn more about each other and what the companies do and who the people are, we can make adjustments. All to make the visit as rewarding as possible for the participants.
