Dalarna Science Park has been named Brand of the Year 2025 - an award presented by Dalarna Business during the Stjärngalan 2025, Dalarna's largest entrepreneurial festival.
On Thursday, January 30, entrepreneurs, business owners and inspirers from all over the county gathered at Galaxen in Borlänge to participate in the eighteenth edition of the Star Gala.
The motivation for the award was:
"With their strong commitment to sustainability and extensive collaborations, they are an invaluable asset to the region and a leading force driving development forward. They are the obvious meeting place for innovation and sustainable development throughout Dalarna."
We are incredibly proud of this award - not least because it reflects what we are passionate about: creating opportunities through collaboration, innovation and sustainable development. This award is proof of what happens when people with different backgrounds, ideas and motivations come together and build something together.
We would like to say a big THANK YOU to all our partners, companies, entrepreneurs and innovators. Without you, this would not have been possible. It is in the meeting with you that new solutions are born, new companies emerge and Dalarna moves forward.
We are also particularly pleased that several of the companies participating in our programs - the incubator, HIT and food innovation - were not only nominated during the gala, but also won awards. This shows the enormous power of local entrepreneurship.
We are not building the brand for ourselves. We are doing it for Dalarna, for businesses and for a future full of opportunities. The more people who know about us, the more people we can support on their journey towards sustainable growth and long-term success.
