Navigator Scaleup is back. After a successful first round in Dalarna, a new two-year journey is now starting where five companies with strong growth potential are given the opportunity to develop and be challenged with the support of hand-picked coaches.
Dalarna Science Park is pleased and proud to be responsible for coordinating the successful Navigator program in close collaboration with Leksands Sparbank.

The Navigator program is based on a proven concept where each company has access to four external coaches with cutting-edge expertise, specially selected based on the company's unique needs. The coaches' collective experience and knowledge gives the companies both new perspectives and concrete support in their growth journey.
One of the companies now entering the program is Siljansnäs Hotell.
- I see a value in being able to bounce ideas and be challenged by people with both solid competence and experience who come in with different glasses than the ones I wear myself. I go in with a very open mind and trust the process. Above all, I look forward to working with customer and sales issues," says Jonas Schenkel at Siljansnäs Hotel.
One of the coaches who will coach Siljansnäs Hotel is Martin Erkenborn, CEO of Leksand Resort.
- Getting colleagues in the business community to develop, grow and become established is important for the business climate and good for society. To be a small part of this is a privilege and I look forward to seeing "our" company reach new heights together with my colleagues in the coaching group. Working with business development is like going to an amusement park every day," says Martin Erkenborn.

About Navigator
Navigator offers companies with high growth potential a two-year support program where four coaches, tailored to the specific needs of each company, contribute their experience and expertise.
The program was first introduced in Värmland in 2018, as an EU project. The results there showed a total increase in turnover of 222% and a growth of 45 new employees. In Dalarna, the program started in spring 2023 and now five new companies are ready to start their growth journey.
The initiative is implemented by Leksands Sparbank in collaboration with Dalarna Science Park.
