How to tweak business models so that my company evolves and achieves sustainable growth? In a time of rapid change, it can be challenging as an entrepreneur to look up and take the time to rethink, innovate, grow and sometimes refocus.
Dalarna Science Park now offers you to take the next step and take on challenges in areas such as sustainability, digitization, innovation and leadership - In mid-May, the second round of the innovation program HIT starts.
The HIT program - Sustainable Innovative Transition & Growth - is designed for the development of existing businesses. Where proven methods and tools are used to generate new knowledge in, for example, innovation, sustainable development, sales and marketing.
Concrete business benefits that deliver impact
Participants gain direct practical business benefits by applying tools and methods in the companies' continued development work. Most of the companies from the ongoing pilot round will now communicate their sustainability work more clearly and the joint meetings have provided both knowledge, inspiration and an increased insight into the challenges of different industries. These are some of the effects experienced by the participants in the first round of the program.
How does the program work?
- We meet the needs and challenges of companies where they are right now, with the aim of transforming them into more sustainable and innovative businesses.Together, we develop an individual plan that will lead to new ways of working, products, services and business models. We want all participating companies to have developed and strengthened their competitiveness through innovation, sustainable methods and digitization," says Marianne Färlin, one of the innovation leaders at Dalarna Science Park, who developed the program together with Dennis Larsson.
The meetings take place both in groups and individually with individual coaching in between. The program runs for a period of about 6 months and is carried out in consultation with the company and its conditions. We meet both digitally and physically together at Dalarna Science Park. In total, we meet 5-6 times in groups during the period and 4-5 individual meetings with intermediate coaching. Therefore, it is important that companies set aside time for their strategic development work.
