Academic Innovation Dalarna AID 2

The innovative capacity in Dalarna is weaker than the national average. Collaboration between academia, industry, and the public sector is limited, and students lack environments that stimulate entrepreneurship, innovation, and contact with industry. This means that knowledge and ideas are not fully utilized.

Academic Innovation Dalarna AID 2.0 aims to strengthen the link between academia and the surrounding world so that more ideas can be developed and contribute to sustainable regional development.

The aim of the project is to strengthen Dalarna's innovative capacity through increased collaboration between Dalarna University, the business community, and the public sector. By creating more meeting places and forms of collaboration, knowledge, ideas, and research can contribute to a greater extent to new solutions and sustainable development in the region.
