The project aims to develop Dalarna's position as an industrial region to attract new business start-ups, attract talent to strengthen the business community's ability to recruit skills and market Dalarna as an innovative and attractive region.
In the project, we collaborate with the industrial companies Hitachi Energy, SSAB, Boliden and Stora Enso Fors. Recruitment Pilot Dalarna and Dalarna University are part of the project's working group and there is also a regional working group with actors and companies that will help in the implementation of the project.
In Dalarna builds on the investment made through the project (link) Attractive Industrial Region in 2022-2023.
Contents
Through the In Dalarna project, we are now continuing to:
- promote Dalarna as an interesting and attractive labor market region.
- Increase awareness of Dalarna as a career region.
- Provide the business community with the conditions to attract and recruit skills in demand.
- Investigate the interest in and conditions for an organization around moving-in and/or moving-in services and moving-in activities in the municipalities that currently lack this.
- Strengthened collaboration between companies, municipalities, organizations and academia regarding skills supply
