DynamicTime streamlines time tracking, raises capital from DalaCapital

Four people. Daniel Hagman, Daniel Swahn, Olle Hellman and Erika Hellman from DynamicTime.

DalaCapital AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dalarna Science Park, continues to support innovative early-stage growth companies. The latest investment goes to DynamicTime AB, part of the fast-growing Hellman Dynamic group and one of Dalarna's most promising technology startups.

DynamicTime develops a solution that automates time reporting. A system where the user gets their finished time report sent directly to the email. After a simple approval, the report is automatically forwarded to all relevant systems, such as payroll, project and invoice management.

Behind the technology is Olle Hellman, CTO of the parent company Hellman Dynamic, who is also the architect and creator of the product. DynamicTime is already used internally within the group with impressive results.

- "With DynamicTime, it really is 'one shot, many kills'. Our solution eliminates administration and gives users time and energy back," says Erika Hellman, CEO of DynamicTime.

The aim of the capital from DalaCapital is to further develop the system into a full-fledged SaaS solution with global reach in the style of services such as Spotify and Netflix. The aim is already set for an international launch.

- We are infinitely happy, grateful and proud of the support from DalaCapital. The launch of the product was going to happen anyway, but with their help, it's moving at rocket speed, like everything else we do," says Erika Hellman.

DalaCapital's capital comes from LF Dalarnas, Sparbanksstiftelsen Dalarna and Region Dalarna. The aim is to support innovative entrepreneurs in the region who create sustainable growth throughout Dalarna. The investments are made in the so-called seed phase, before the company has made a broad market launch. This is a clear example of how DalaCapital identifies and promotes companies with great potential.

- DynamicTime shows how technology and innovation can create huge efficiency gains. This is exactly the type of company we want to support. Smart and driven teams with ideas that can scale globally," says Angelica Ekholm, Chair of DalaCapital and CEO of Dalarna Science Park.

Kjell Grundström, Chairman of the Board of Sparbanksstiftelsen Dalarna, is also positive about the investment:

- Investing in companies like DynamicTime is investing in the future of work. This is technology that simplifies everyday life for businesses around the world.
