The aim is to support companies that have the capacity and willingness to scale up their business. The Swedish Savings Banks Association is behind the Navigator Foundation, which owns the concept. Dalarna Science Park coordinates Navigator and collaborates with Leksands Sparbank, which has found suitable companies in its customer base.
The target group is SMEs and micro-enterprises that have been operating for a few years and now feel they need support to scale up their business.
Contents
Based on each company's current situation and needs, four Navigator coaches are appointed in the areas of finance, customer, process and development. Each Navigator consists of two women and two men. All coaches have extensive experience of entrepreneurship and growth journeys. Matching is done based on the needs of the companies, the coaches' skills and personal chemistry. Navigator meetings are held seven times over a two-year period.
